Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience working with children or in a school environment is highly desirable Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff and families Ability to manage time efficiently and handle a varied caseload Familiarity with school-based therapy documentation and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct physical therapy services to students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Complete 2-4 evaluations each month, including assessing student progress and adjusting interventions as needed Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure each student receives comprehensive support Maintain detailed records, including progress notes and reports for each child on your caseload Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to shape student success
