Key Qualifications:

Current and valid Physical Therapy license for the state. Previous experience in pediatric or school-based therapy preferred. Strong communication and documentation skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage a school-based caseload and conduct 2-4 evaluations per month. Dedication to creating a positive, inclusive environment for children with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30-35 students. Administer assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support student mobility, access, and participation. Perform 2-4 evaluations per month, documenting results and recommendations thoroughly. Work onsite only, engaging directly with students, families, and school staff to ensure effective service delivery. Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and coordinate with school professionals for optimal outcomes. Use creativity and evidence-based interventions to maximize student progress within the educational setting.
