Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, set realistic goals, and create discharge plans.

Documentation:

Record evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge information per departmental protocols.

Professional Conduct & Customer Service:

Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication. Foster teamwork, respect, and positive interactions using customer service principles like AIDET.

Professional Development:

Engage in ongoing education, complete required competencies, participate in training, and adhere to organizational policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Licenses & Certifications:

Valid PT license and BLS certification.
