Because the practice is owner-led rather than corporate, clinicians who take initiative have clear paths to grow into larger roles. Compensation and Benefits Pay is $50 to $55 per hour, roughly $100,000 to $110,000 per year, with $500 per month toward health insurance for full-time employees. Additional benefits include a four percent corporate 401(k) match, three weeks of paid time off, paid continuing education including dry needling certification and other eligible certifications, life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
