In this contract role, you'll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapeutic services, ensuring optimal recovery and improved mobility for patients across various age groups and conditions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment preferred Comfortable working with diverse patient populations and a variety of therapeutic needs Solid knowledge of physical therapy techniques, equipment, and best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement individual physical therapy treatment programs for inpatients and outpatients Consult with physicians and healthcare colleagues to ensure coordinated patient care Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and ongoing care Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the therapy process Participate in team meetings to discuss patient goals and progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with hospital standards
