We are an independent practice built around individualized care, strong clinical reasoning, progressive rehabilitation, and a commitment to continually improving how physical therapy is delivered. Our one-on-one treatment model allows clinicians to think, treat, progress, and communicate with patients without sacrificing quality for volume. Our caseload is broad and continually evolving. Clinicians work with orthopedic and post-operative conditions, sports injuries, persistent pain, complex musculoskeletal presentations, balance and mobility deficits, active adults, athletes, older adults, and individuals working toward demanding recreational, occupational, and performance goals. The variety requires adaptability, sound clinical judgment, and a willingness to continually expand your skill set. We are looking for clinicians who take their craft seriously, enjoy solving clinical problems, and want to work alongside professionals who are equally invested in getting better. Clinical mentorship is an important part of our culture , particularly for newer clinicians and therapists transitioning into outpatient orthopedic practice. At the same time, experienced clinicians are given the autonomy to practice at their level and opportunities to contribute their own knowledge and perspective. Through clinical mentorship, case discussions, in-services, continuing education, and shared problem-solving , our goal is to create an environment where clinicians at every stage of their careers continue developing. Experienced orthopedic clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide individualized, one-on-one physical therapy treatment Design and progress therapeutic exercise and strength-based rehabilitation based on patient presentation, functional demands, and goals Manage a varied caseload spanning orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, persistent musculoskeletal conditions, mobility and balance deficits, sports rehabilitation, and performance-oriented care Apply manual therapy and other evidence-informed interventions when clinically appropriate Continually reassess patient response and modify treatment strategies based on objective findings and clinical reasoning Educate patients regarding their condition, recovery, activity modification, self-management, and long-term physical health Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals when appropriate Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, in-services, and ongoing professional development Contribute ideas, clinical perspectives, and areas of expertise that strengthen the team and patient experience Support a collaborative culture centered on high standards, accountability, curiosity, and continued improvement Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program Current Georgia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Georgia licensure Strong interest or foundation in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation Sound understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, therapeutic exercise, strength progression, and human movement Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills Dependable, professional, and capable of taking ownership of patient care Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with other clinicians Receptive to feedback and committed to continued clinical and professional growth Preferred, but Not Required Outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification or pursuit of advanced orthopedic training Experience with post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation Background or interest in strength and conditioning, athletics, or performance rehabilitation Manual therapy experience Dry needling experience or interest in becoming certified Strong orthopedic clinical rotations for new graduates Additional specialty training, certifications, or advanced clinical interests Why Civil Physical Therapy?
