Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans. Prescribe medication, monitor effectiveness, and provide therapy. Collect patient progress data and adjust treatments accordingly. Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care. Requires a medical degree, board certification in Psychiatry, valid state license, and ability to pass background checks. Ideal candidates are dedicated, compassionate, and team-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.
