This is a unique opportunity for a PT who is looking for flexibility, autonomy, individualized patient care, and professional growth. Whether you're looking to add a few hours to your current schedule, return to clinical practice on a limited basis, or gradually build your own caseload, we are open to creating a position that works for you. Why Elevated Physical Therapy? At Elevated PT, our mission is simple: put the patient at the center of care. We believe physical therapists should have the time and autonomy to provide the level of care their patients deserve. The typical treatment pace is one patient per hour , with flexibility at the therapist's discretion based on the individual patient's needs. A Schedule Built Around You One of the biggest benefits of this position is flexibility. Hours and days are completely negotiable and up to you. The therapist with the right fit with our practice will have the opportunity to: Set their own clinical schedule Determine the number of hours they would like to work Choose the days and times that work best for them Gradually build their own caseload Maintain significant autonomy over patient scheduling and treatment Work at a pace that prioritizes quality of care rather than patient volume This position may be especially well suited for a therapist looking for a highly flexible part-time opportunity without the productivity demands of a traditional outpatient clinic. Training and professional development opportunities may include: One-on-one mentorship with Dr. Danielle Tolman, PT, DPT Guidance in vestibular examination, clinical reasoning, and treatment Continuing education opportunities Exposure to a diverse vestibular and balance patient population Access to specialized clinical resources and equipment Opportunities to progressively develop an independent vestibular caseload Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a physical therapist who: Holds or is eligible for a current Georgia Physical Therapy license Values patient-centered, individualized care Enjoys working independently and taking ownership of their caseload Demonstrates strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Is dependable, motivated, and interested in professional growth Wants flexibility and autonomy in their work environment Experience with vestibular rehabilitation, neurologic rehabilitation, balance, dry needling, orthopedics, or sports rehabilitation is a plus, but a willingness to learn is more important than having a specific specialty background. If you're looking for a PT position where you can set your own schedule, spend meaningful one-on-one time with your patients, and develop your clinical interests without being driven by traditional productivity expectations , we'd love to hear from you.
