This role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services across a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and fall risk cases. The position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in multiple locations, primarily focusing on outpatient care with minimal documentation requirements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in patient's environment. Responsibilities Deliver personalized physical therapy assessments and treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Manage a wide variety of cases including orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recoveries (such as TKA, THA, spinal surgeries), fall risk management, Parkinsonism, and neurological disorders. Provide hands-on therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence. Collaborate with patients to set realistic goals and track progress effectively. Maintain accurate and minimal electronic documentation in accordance with clinic standards. Work efficiently across multiple locations, primarily in and. Ensure patient safety and comfort during all therapy sessions. Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and professional development. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility to practice as a subcontractor. Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred. Ability to manage a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post-surgical, neuro, and fall risk patients. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with team members. Proficiency in electronic documentation systems is preferred but minimal documentation is required for this role.
