- Geriatric Rehab | Flexible Schedule | Locally Owned Practice PTWorks is a locally owned outpatient geriatric rehabilitation practice seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for a flexible, community-based role in Honolulu.
PT/OT/ST

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide PRN physical therapy services to residents in assisted living facilities and care homes
- Evaluate and treat a diverse geriatric population, including orthopedic, neurologic, balance, mobility, and dementia-related conditions
- Assess fall risk, balance impairments, and functional mobility to promote safety and independence
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on maximizing quality of life and functional independence
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary PT, OT, and Speech Therapy team

QUALIFICATIONS
- Hawaii Physical Therapy License
- CPR Certification
- Physical Therapy experience: 1 year preferred
