Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist•Outpatient•(PT)
You will join a professional, team-oriented clinical environment that emphasizes safe, effective, and patient-centered care. The setting supports PTs with organized workflows, collaborative relationships with other disciplines, and access to modern therapeutic equipment.
Assignment structure: Full-time schedule 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (5x8s) Expected 40 hours per week No on-call coverage anticipatedTypical responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing and updating individualized plans of care, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and documenting efficiently in the EMR. You will coordinate closely with referring providers and the care team to support functional improvement, safe mobility, and return to prior level of function when possible.
