Job Description

Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic (Kailua, Oahu) We are a small, established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Kailua, Oahu, with over 20 years of experience serving the community. We are seeking a Physical Therapist who enjoys one-on-one care and values a more independent, patient-centered approach than traditional high-volume clinics. Our practice focuses on active adults and post-operative patients, with 45-60 minute visits that allow you to deliver high-quality, individualized care without double-booking or productivity pressure. This role is ideal for a clinician who: Values autonomy in clinical decision-making and daily scheduling Is motivated to provide thoughtful, one-on-one orthopedic care Enjoys working with active, engaged patients Is interested in contributing to and potentially growing with a small practice long-term What we offer: Flexible scheduling with the ability to set your own hours Consistent 45-60 minute one-on-one treatment sessions A low-volume caseload that supports quality care and clinical focus A supportive, small-team environment with minimal administrative burden This is an independent contractor position, with the opportunity to develop into a long-term partnership for the right fit.
