Job Description

Pelvic Health Physical Therapist - Women's Health (Full-Time or Part-Time) Mililani Physical Therapy is seeking a physical therapist to join our established pelvic and women's health program in Central Oʻahu. This is a dedicated specialty position with a pelvic and women's health caseload. Our care model gives clinicians the time and privacy needed to provide thoughtful, individualized treatment. Patients are scheduled for one-hour, one-on-one appointments in private treatment rooms. Our well-established pelvic health program includes multiple pelvic health providers and comprehensive administrative, scheduling, billing, and authorization support. Responsibilities:
Provide individualized pelvic and women's health evaluations and treatment Develop evidence-informed plans of care based on each patient's needs and goals Use appropriate therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, functional training, and patient education Create a respectful clinical environment centered on informed consent, privacy, safety, and patient comfort Collaborate with our pelvic health team and referring healthcare providers Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in professional development and the continued growth of the pelvic health program
Qualifications:
Required:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Current Hawaii physical therapist license or eligibility to obtain Hawaii licensure Commitment to patient-centered, ethical, and evidence-informed care Completed foundational pelvic health training and are committed to continued clinical development.
Preferred:
Pelvic health clinical experience or continuing education Training in internal pelvic floor examination and treatment
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time schedules are available. We are open to discussing flexible scheduling and a gradual transition into the position.
