This position is for a candidate with primary ACUTE Inpatient experience Primary coverage in ACUTE REHAB and secondary ICF/SNFRehab.

TO EVALUATE AND RE-EVALUATE ASSIGNEDRESIDENTS/PATIENTS

PLAN AND IMPLEMENT AN ONGOING THERAPEUTIC PHYSICAL THERAPYPROGRAM AS PRESCRIBED BY THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN AND/OR CONSULTING SPECIALISTAND PROVIDE CONSULTING PHYSICAL THERAPIST SERVICES. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORKSHIFTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS NECESSARY BASED ON HOSPITAL

Preferred first days instructions: Arrive in Hilo on Thursday. Spend the night in Hilo so that you can make first appointment at HMC for HR/EH clearance. Once completed, drive to Ka'u Hospital that same day (Friday) to complete initial paperwork and receive orientation paperwork.
