Parent Child Development Center (PCDC) Waianae is seeking a full‑time or part time, Hawaiʻi‑licensed Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention (EI) services to infants and toddlers (birth-35 months) with developmental delays. This position is ideal for a PT who values family‑centered care , enjoys home‑based services , and wants to make a meaningful impact in the Waianae/Wahiawa community. The PT will be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team using a Primary Service Provider (PSP)/coaching model to empower caregivers and strengthen everyday routines in the child's natural environment. Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Conduct developmental evaluations and write EI reports Collaborate with the team to develop and support individualized plans Provide coaching and consultation to families and team members Deliver in‑person home visits and telepractice services (as appropriate) Maintain timely, accurate documentation Participate in team meetings and ongoing collaboration Requirements Current Hawaiʻi State Physical Therapy License Pediatric PT experience preferred Ability to provide in‑person home visits and attend virtual meetings Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
Location:
Part time in Waianae, or full time in Waianae and Waipahu or Wahiawa.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
