Job Description

Overview Integrity Physical Therapy & Wellness is a privately owned outpatient clinic focused on one-on-one patient care, excellent outcomes, and creating an enjoyable work environment. We believe therapists should have the freedom to treat patients—not feel rushed through impossible productivity standards. Duties Assess patients' physical conditions by evaluating their mobility, strength, and functional limitations using comprehensive physiology and anatomy knowledge. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Conduct therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy, gait training, manual therapy, and other physiotherapy modalities to promote recovery. Manage discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transitions from hospital or inpatient settings to home or community care environments. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with medical terminology standards and electronic health records (EHR/EMR systems). Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, exercises, and self-care strategies to support ongoing rehabilitation at home or in community settings. Experience Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics. Demonstrated expertise working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, neurology patients, and those requiring post-surgical rehabilitation. Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation center operations and outpatient clinic workflows. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal, neurological, and physiological conditions. Experience managing clinical documentation standards for accurate treatment records and compliance purposes. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems for efficient patient data management. Knowledge of discharge planning procedures and working within interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans. Ability to communicate effectively with clients of varying ages and backgrounds while providing compassionate patient care. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
