This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist. Physical Therapist, Full Time, Part Time, or PRN, Outpatient Orthopedics Iowa Ortho 450 Laurel St A, Des Moines, IA 50314 Iowa Ortho is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedics position in Des Moines, Iowa. Full-time is preferred, and part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. New graduate PTs will receive dedicated support and mentorship. About the Role You will treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting with a general orthopedic caseload. Full-time PTs can expect to treat an average of 11 patients per day. The clinic actively encourages and supports clinicians who want to develop a specialty or pursue additional certifications. Schedule The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm with no weekends and no holidays. Flexible scheduling is available based on the needs of the clinician hired, with autonomy to structure a schedule that supports work-life balance. Compensation and Benefits Starting salary for a full-time position is in the range of $80,000 per year, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
