1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist•Outpatient with at least 1 year of experience to treat deconditioned, post-op, and post-hospitalization patients. Details Outpatient setting treating deconditioned, post-op, and post-hospitalization patients Facility options include Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 trauma centers Uses Epic EMR Requirements Minimum 1 year of previous experience required BLS (AHA) certification required State license required if applicable Iowa state license required; compact license accepted Epic EMR experience preferred At least 1 completed travel contract preferred Driver's license required for consideration Current work history/resume required for consideration Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required for consideration One supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within 2 years of employment/contract required for consideration Additional Information Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility Candidates employed by the facility within the past 12 months will not be considered Travelers are required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving) Limited time-off requests permitted during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday periods
