Job Description

Overview We are hiring a Full-Time or Part-Time (20-40 hours/week) Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible Home Health role. Customizable relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. You'll schedule directly with your own patients, giving you control over your day and the ability to work around your personal schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step away from a high-volume setting and enjoy a more balanced work environment.

Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Must be licensed to practice PT in the state Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions) All experience levels welcome, including new grads Please include these answers in your application: 1.
