Your role will include:

Providing evidence-based patient care with tailored treatment plans Building strong referral and patient relationships Participating in mentorship

• either as a mentor or mentee Engaging in continuing education and staying current with best practices Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (Idaho or eligible for licensure) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence Passion for learning or sharing expertise

Compensation & Benefits Pay :

$80,000

• 110,000/year (based on experience)

Bonuses :

Sign-on + ongoing quarterly performance bonuses
