This is an opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized pelvic health care in a setting that values clinical autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and excellent outcomes. Unlike high-volume clinics that rely heavily on techs or aides, our therapists provide one-on-one care with every patient . We schedule visits every 40 minutes, allowing you to assess, treat, educate, and build a plan of care without passing your patients between staff members. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pelvic health and outpatient orthopedic patients Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Provide patient education and clear home-exercise guidance through RTM Maintain timely, accurate documentation Communicate effectively with providers and the care team Help build and grow an exceptional pelvic health program Qualifications Current Idaho Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one Pelvic floor clinical experience required Pelvic health coursework, certification, or advanced training preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient-relationship skills Commitment to compassionate, individualized care Compensation and benefits Guaranteed base salary for the first 90-180 days during onboarding, then transition to performance-based model, based on experience and qualifications Typical full-time schedule of 10-12 patient visits per day Anticipated annual visit-pay earnings of approximately $78,000-$109,200 Employer-paid medical insurance at full-time Employer-paid dental insurance at full-time Six paid holidays annually plus one day off the month of your birthday PTO starts at two weeks and increases with tenure, up to three weeks $1200 CE allowance and License reimbursement Flexible scheduling Mentoring with experienced
