Granite Point Physical Therapy and Aquatics is seeking a compassionate, skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. We are a therapist-owned and operated private practice with two locations, committed to providing exceptional care in a collaborative, supportive environment. We welcome therapists who are confident treating a variety of conditions in addition to pelvic floor conditions and eager to continue learning in a team-oriented practice. Responsibilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals Provide skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient setting Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on exercises, movement strategies, and home programs Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Build strong, collaborative relationships with patients and the care team Qualifications Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Current Idaho license, or eligibility for licensure, as a Physical Therapist Current CPR certification Experience in pelvic floor physical therapy preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful goals Benefits for Full-Time Team Members Competitive salary package Health insurance Dental insurance Retirement plan options Paid time off, including vacation/sick leave, and holidays Professional development and continuing education opportunities If you're looking for a practice where you can provide high-quality care, build meaningful patient relationships, and grow alongside an experienced team, we'd love to hear from you.
