Aurora, IL $55.00 per hour (not per visit) Outpatient & Home Care Focus | Continuum of Care (COC) Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support our Continuum of Care (COC) program in Aurora. This role provides outpatient and home care therapy services to residents within Alden Assisted and Independent Living communities.
