Founded by a pelvic health physical therapist with more than 30 years of experience, Centerline was built on the belief that healing is deeply personal and deserves time, compassion, and individualized care. We're looking for a compassionate, skilled physical therapist who is passionate about pelvic health and excited by the opportunity to help shape a new practice built around exceptional patient care. About the Role In this role, you'll provide one-on-one, evidence-based pelvic health care in a private outpatient setting where you'll have the time to build meaningful relationships with your patients. You'll work alongside an experienced pelvic health physical therapist while collaborating with other wellness professionals who share a holistic approach to health and healing.
Your typical day includes:
Perform comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled internal and external pelvic floor assessments, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise Educate patients on home exercise programs, bladder and bowel health, lifestyle modifications, pain management, and long-term self-management strategies Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical presentation and patient goals Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Participate in clinical discussions, quality improvement initiatives, and practice development Foster a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment where patients feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout their care Why Centerline? Here, you'll enjoy: One-on-one, 60-minute treatment sessions with a caseload of approximately 25-30 patients per week A beautifully designed, newly built clinic with five private treatment rooms A dedicated rehabilitation gym featuring Pilates reformers and therapeutic exercise equipment Prompt EMR with pelvic health-specific documentation templates Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance verification A collaborative, close-knit team committed to exceptional patient care We also offer: Competitive compensation: $95,000-$104,000 annually, commensurate with experience Flexible scheduling: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Weekend and evening rotations as needed) | Part-time considered Continuing education contribution Two weeks of paid time off, plus paid holidays and sick time This position does not currently include health and dental benefits About You We'd love to hear from you if you bring: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active Illinois Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) Two or more years of experience treating pelvic health patients Pelvic health coursework, mentorship, residency, or advanced clinical training Proficiency in internal and external pelvic floor examination and treatment techniques Passion for pelvic health and helping patients improve their quality of life An understanding that pelvic health is influenced by physical, emotional, and psychosocial factors, and the ability to integrate this perspective into patient care Excellent communication skills with warmth, empathy, and professionalism when discussing sensitive health topics A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning A collaborative mindset and excitement about contributing to a small, patient-centered practice
