POSITION DESCRIPTION
Provide direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific and individualized goals. Knowledge of how to instruct other support staff on patient's limitations and coordinate care as appropriate. Responsible for accurate documentation for all patient encounters, examinations and discharges. Must have the ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments. Capable of accurately interpreting patient charts medical history including diagnostic and laboratory reports. Have knowledge and competency in examination and assessment procedures with regards to strength, ROM, accessory joint mobility, sensory perception, function, balance, and appropriate special tests.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
New Grad's welcome! Licensed Therapist (PT) issued by the state in which you will be working. Excellent observation, verbal, written communication skills, and problem solving skills.LOCATIONS
