This is a great opportunity for PTs who want to add home health patients to their existing schedule , pick up additional visits, or explore home health without committing to a full-time caseload. What you'll do Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment to patients in their homes Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Communicate with patients, families, and other members of the care team Provide quality, patient-centered care in a home health setting Why Steadfast?
