Temporary Part-Time Physical Therapist / Research Assistant - Exoskeleton-Assisted Rehabilitation We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist or Rehabilitation Research Assistant for a temporary part-time position supporting research on exoskeleton-assisted rehabilitation and gait training. Duties Assist with experimental procedures involving wearable exoskeleton robots. Conduct and assist with patient/participant assessments , including gait, mobility, and functional performance evaluations. Assist participants with exoskeleton donning, doffing, and safe operation during walking experiments. Monitor participant safety during experimental sessions. Collect and record clinical and experimental data. Assist with data organization and basic analysis. Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and engineers to support rehabilitation research activities. Qualifications Degree or professional training in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, Kinesiology , or a related field. Experience working with patients or human subjects is preferred. Experience with gait assessment or rehabilitation is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary research environment. Position Type Temporary Part-Time The position is intended to provide short-term support for ongoing exoskeleton-assisted rehabilitation experiments, with the primary responsibilities being experimental assistance and patient/participant evaluation .
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
