Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Outpatient case management experience Strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a PT/PTA clinical team Physical Therapist credential required to start BLS required to start HEP B required to start TB required to start Tdap required to start Assignment Details Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
