In this vital role, you will deliver specialized pelvic health as well as orthopedic assessments and treatments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and develop personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your dedication will help foster a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop targeted treatment plans. Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques to facilitate recovery. Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, and self-management strategies to promote long-term wellness. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals such as physicians, urologists, gynecologists, orthopedics, neurologists and your staff collegues to coordinate care. Manage clinical documentation adhering to standards for electronic health records (EHR) and medical terminology accuracy. Assist in discharge planning by preparing patients for home & community care or outpatient rehabilitation settings. Engage in patient communication to motivate adherence, answer questions, and provide ongoing support throughout treatment. Requirements Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist with practicing in a physical therapy role. Proven experience in outpatient clinic settings with a focus on pelvic health or related fields such as orthopedics. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards. Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans tailored to diverse populations including geriatric and pediatric patients. Experience working preferred but not required. We are open to new grads. Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation center practices and electronic health records (EHR) management systems such as EMR systems. Strong client communication skills with an emphasis on patient education and engagement. Ability to perform discharge planning and coordinate care across multiple healthcare disciplines. Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
