PRN Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results. Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques. Creating personalized rehabilitation programs for patients. Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing. Provide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers. Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care is provided. Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state/federal regulatory requirements.
PRN Physical Therapist Qualifications:
Active/Valid Illinois license in Physical Therapy SNF/Long term care experience preferred. Current knowledge of treatment practices Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
