About us the reform method Pilates + Physical Therapy is a leading Physical Therapy Clinic and reformer Pilates studio operating in Evanston, IL and Wilmette, IL. We focus on delivering 1:1 Physical Therapy treatment programs centering on Pilates principles. The TRM atmosphere is engaging, fun and collaborative!

The successful candidate will work directly with patients who have experienced injuries or are looking to prevent injuries to help them recover to the best of their ability and/or continue with a healthy active lifestyle. TRM treatment programs center on Pilates principles; utilizing Pilates equipment for therapeutic exercise. A successful candidate will have an understanding of human anatomy as well as knowledge in the physical and rehabilitation medicine industries and a background and/or interest in Pilates.
Responsibilities:
Perform desk review to determine coverage and payment for specific service line or product. Validate information received from the referring physician. Maintain and document pertinent insurance, claim and financial information: full staff billing team at TRM for all billing support. Verify that the physical therapy diagnosis has been reviewed and accepted by the referring physician. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuum of care. Specify services to be provided, equipment required, and treatment goals to be achieved. Prepare the physical therapy treatment plan for each patient and submit to billing on a daily basis.

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
