Versed is partnering with Loyal Home Health to hire a PRN Physical Therapist to support patients across Lake County and the Far North Chicago suburbs, primarily in Gurnee, Zion, Grayslake, and Antioch . This opportunity is designed for a Physical Therapist who wants to add flexible home health visits within a territory that fits naturally into an existing schedule. It may be especially attractive to a PT already providing home health services in Lake County who wants to increase their patient volume without taking on another full-time position. Loyal anticipates approximately 10-15 visits per week of potential coverage in this territory, depending on patient census and referrals. Rather than requiring broad Chicagoland coverage, the goal is to identify a PT who already lives or works in the Far North suburbs and can efficiently layer Loyal visits into their existing home health route. You'll have significant autonomy over your daily patient schedule while remaining connected to a collaborative clinical and therapy team. Loyal Home Health is an independently operated home health agency that has continued to grow while maintaining a hands-on, clinician-focused culture. Leadership remains closely involved in operations, with managers and directors actively supporting clinicians when coverage or operational assistance is needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT looking for flexible PRN work, additional local patient volume, autonomy, and the ability to maintain control over their schedule.
