Full Job Description Role Overview:
A Physical Therapist in this facility-based position reports to the Director of Rehab and is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering personalized physical therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients, create and implement treatment programs, and collaborate with team members and referrals to optimize patient outcomes.
Patient-Centered Care:
Address individual needs, promote independence, and educate patients and caregivers on skills for continued recovery.
Work Environment:
Conduct therapy sessions within healthcare facilities, contributing to the rehabilitation and wellness of patients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid Physical Therapy license or proof of eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience. Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
