Outpatient Pay Range:

$43.84-$65.76/hr Actual pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide 1:1 patient care in a supportive outpatient setting, with a caseload primarily focused on orthopedics . Key Responsibilities Provide individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments in an outpatient setting. Manage a primarily orthopedic caseload . Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes. Provide patient education regarding exercises, mobility, injury prevention, and home programs. Opportunities are available to gain exposure to specialty areas including: Neurological rehabilitation Pelvic health Vestibular therapy Pediatrics Experience in these specialty areas is not required. Position Highlights 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio Outpatient setting Primarily orthopedic caseload Exposure opportunities to multiple specialty areas Four 10-hour shifts available Flexible schedule with the possibility of Monday or Friday off , or another mutually agreed-upon weekday No holiday requirements Permanent Placement Benefits For permanent placement positions: Weekend rotation approximately every 8th weekend for orthopedic services Neuro services may have additional weekend rotation requirements Continuing education (CE) funding provided
