Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert rehabilitative services to diverse patient populations, including geriatric, pediatric, neurological, and orthopedic cases. Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their quality of life through personalized treatment plans and compassionate care. Duties Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and physiotherapy best practices Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs to promote recovery Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate patient care strategies Manage clinical documentation in accordance with medical terminology standards and electronic health records (EHR) systems Conduct discharge planning and facilitate patient transitions from inpatient to outpatient or home health settings Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility techniques, and home care routines to support ongoing rehabilitation Skills Extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice Proven experience working with diverse patient groups such as orthopedics and outpatient populations Strong skills in treatment plan development and execution for inpatient, outpatient, hospital, clinic, and home health settings Proficiency in outpatient rehabilitation center experience and outpatient clinic experience is highly desirable Ability to document clinical activities clearly following physiotherapy documentation standards using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems Excellent client communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients during their recovery process Experience with discharge planning, care plans creation, and working within acute care environments Join us in making a meaningful difference by helping patients restore their independence through expert physical therapy!
