Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Illinois PT license required Experience working within school environments strongly preferred Familiarity with school-based evaluation tools and documentation Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Adaptable and comfortable supporting students in diverse K-12 settings Ability to travel between multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for students across multiple school locations Prepare clear, compliant documentation and contribute to IEPs as needed Provide professional recommendations for student treatment plans and classroom modifications Offer guidance and possible supervision to on-site staff when necessary Maintain positive relationships with faculty, students, and families to support student progress Adapt to the unique needs of each campus and flex your clinical expertise
