Overview If you're a Physical Therapist (PT) who wants to build meaningful relationships with your patients and see the long-term impact of your care—this is it.

In this setting, you will work with Medicare Part B patients in Assisted Living and Independent Communities , allowing you to follow patient progress over time and focus on improving independence, mobility and quality of life.

Unlike fast-paced short-stay environments, this role allows you to provide purposeful, patient-centered therapy, with consistency and clinical autonomy . Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license eligible in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
