9671066-60453 Job Description Make an impact helping high school students reach their mobility goals as a contract Physical Therapist in the Oak Lawn, IL area. In this rewarding school-based position, youll work between 20-30 hours per week supporting a focused caseload of 15-20 high school students. Use your clinical expertise to deliver therapy and develop individualized care strategies that set students up for long-term success both in and outside the classroom.
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (or eligible) Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to create and implement IEP goals and therapy interventions Commitment to empowering student independence and participation
Primary Responsibilities:
