Full-Time, In-Person Birch Agency is Hiring! Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide services to students throughout two school sites in the Romeoville area. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for a therapist who enjoys collaborating with educational teams and traveling between locations to support students' physical mobility, access, and participation in the school setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to students across multiple school sites throughout the week. Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' physical and mobility needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other related service providers. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements. Provide recommendations regarding mobility equipment, positioning, accessibility, and participation within the school environment.

Qualifications:

Current Illinois Physical Therapist license. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between school sites throughout the week.
