Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled •Physical Therapist• to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive rehabilitative services to patients across various settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and post-acute care facilities. This role involves developing personalized treatment plans, utilizing specialized medical equipment, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology, along with experience in diverse therapeutic practices such as orthopedics, geriatrics, and dance therapy. This is a full-time position committed to delivering exceptional patient care through evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities Assess patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs. Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve strength, mobility, and function. Utilize medical equipment effectively for rehabilitation purposes, including orthotics interventions in occupational therapy. Manage post-operative recovery processes, including orthopedics and sub-acute care interventions. Provide specialized therapies such as hand therapy occupational practice and dance therapy when appropriate. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, treatment strategies, and home exercise programs. Document patient progress accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in inpatient and outpatient settings to optimize patient outcomes. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Skills Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role across diverse environments such as inpatient, outpatient, hospital medicine, or clinic settings. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, geriatrics, and post-acute care principles. Proficiency in medical terminology and operation of medical equipment relevant to physical therapy interventions. Experience with orthotics interventions in occupational therapy and hand therapy occupational practice is highly desirable. Familiarity with dance therapy techniques can be an asset for holistic patient rehabilitation approaches. Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments like hospital medicine or sub-acute care units. Excellent communication skills for educating patients and coordinating care plans with healthcare providers. Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care aimed at restoring mobility and improving quality of life.
