Relocation Assistance Full-Time & Part-Time Responsibilities:

Evaluates and treats patients Develops and implements individualized treatment plans Instructs and collaborates with PTAs Establishes and educates patients, families, and caregivers Completes documentation and billing

Must-Haves:

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy Bachelor's Degree (prior to 1/1/2016), OR Doctorate Degree (after 1/1/2016) preferred International candidates- graduate of accredited PT school, and Bachelor's degree in PT at minimum Hold (or eligible) state PT license CPR cert APTA membership preferred #allied

Pay:

$37.42 - $56.13 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
