Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification recognized by relevant licensing authorities. Valid licensure or registration as a licensed Physical Therapist within the applicable jurisdiction. Proven experience working in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, home health environments, or community care programs. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and rehabilitation techniques including trigger point therapy. Experience with EMR systems for documentation and patient management is essential. Familiarity with discharge planning processes and care coordination across multiple healthcare settings.
