00 per hour Staffing Strategies is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting on the northwest side of Indianapolis . This is a great opportunity for a PT looking for consistent hours, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with an adult and geriatric patient population . Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. The caseload primarily consists of patients receiving skilled nursing and rehabilitation services , with some potential assisted living coverage. What We Offer Competitive pay of $45

• 55/hour Full-time or part-time schedules available Flexible scheduling Consistent caseload Supportive interdisciplinary rehab environment Opportunity to work with both short-term rehab and long-term care patients Immediate opportunity available Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance and functional independence Treat patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury and functional decline Establish measurable goals and monitor patient progress Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, nursing, OT, SLP, PTA and other members of the interdisciplinary team Provide patient, family and caregiver education Assist with discharge planning and recommendations for safe transitions of care Maintain compliance with facility, state and federal requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Indiana Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Indiana licensure SNF, LTC, inpatient rehabilitation or geriatric experience preferred New graduates with a strong interest in post-acute rehabilitation are encouraged to apply Strong communication, documentation and clinical assessment skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team Interested in a flexible PT opportunity where you can build relationships with your patients and see their progress firsthand?
