Job Description

Overview Synergy Chiropractic and Functional Neurology is looking for a Doctor of Physical Therapy who wants to do PT differently. We're a fast-growing, pediatric
  • and family-focused practice built around functional neurology and neurodevelopmental care, and we treat with tools most PTs never get their hands on: photobiomodulation, high-energy inductive (PEMF-style) therapy, and direct nerve and hemispheric brain stimulation, layered into individualized neuromotor rehab plans.

  • this is a career track, not a flat salary. What You'll Do Deliver hands-on neuromotor and neurodevelopmental rehab through a functional neurology lens, working directly with pediatric and family patients Get trained on and incorporate advanced modalities
  • photobiomodulation, high-energy inductive therapy, and direct nerve/hemispheric brain stimulation
  • into individualized care plans Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team (chiropractic, functional neurology, functional medicine, HBOT) Build and refine structured, evidence-informed protocols as the specialty program grows Grow into an expanded clinical role as the practice scales

Experience in pediatrics or neuro is a plus, but genuine curiosity and drive honestly matter more. Requirements Active DPT license in the state of Indiana (or ability to obtain) Strong foundational knowledge of neuroanatomy, motor control, and pediatric development Comfort working with children, including neurodivergent and developmentally complex populations Excellent clinical judgment, professionalism, and communication skills High level of personal accountability, integrity, and a real appetite for learning new technology and technique
