Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Your expertise will support a diverse patient population across various settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, home health environments, and rehabilitation centers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' recovery journeys while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs, including assessment of physiology, anatomy, and medical history Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clinical documentation standards and best practices in physiotherapy Deliver targeted therapies such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics-focused interventions, neurology treatments, pediatrics care, and geriatrics rehabilitation Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care and discharge planning Monitor patient progress regularly; adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation in compliance with clinical standards and legal requirements Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, home exercises, safety protocols, and community resources for ongoing support Qualifications Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, or home health settings Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy Experience working with geriatric patients, pediatrics, neurology cases, orthopedics, and outpatient rehabilitation programs is highly desirable Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems or EMR systems for documentation management Excellent client communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate patients effectively Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans Join us in delivering exceptional patient care through innovative therapy solutions!
