Overview Responsibilities + Perform in-depth assessments to understand patient conditions, establish baselines, and identify therapy goals. + Collaborate with patients to design and implement personalized rehabilitation strategies to restore strength, function, and mobility. + Facilitate physical therapy sessions through exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation to enhance recovery. + Regularly evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals effectively. + Guide exercises, home programs, and lifestyle changes that support ongoing recovery and prevent future injuries. + Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to patient care.
