The therapist will work closely with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Essential Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized plans of care. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs to meet patient goals. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic culture. Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company policies, and professional practice guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in physical therapy as evidenced by college diploma. Current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Kansas (or ability to obtain prior to start date). New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Working knowledge of computer systems and electronic medical records. Ability to pass a background check and any required pre-employment screenings.
