Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist at Rolling Hills, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents, from those who require short-term rehabilitation to those who require long-term care. Your expertise and dedication will help our residents achieve their physical therapy goals, regain independence, and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized physical therapy programs for residents Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify areas of concern and develop treatment plans Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure collaborative care Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with industry standards
Requirements:
Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Kansas Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
