•Per Diem Join our team at Lexington Park Retirement Community, a family-owned and operated retirement community in Topeka, Kansas, where we provide seniors and their families with the highest level of care and compassion. Our community offers a range of services, including independent living, assisted living, rapid recovery, and skilled nursing, all under one roof. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist

•Per Diem to join our rehabilitation team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality physical therapy services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, treatments, and education Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote resident independence and rehabilitation Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and nursing Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plans Participate in resident care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings Provide education and training to staff on physical therapy modalities and techniques

Requirements:

Physical Therapist

•Per Diem licensure in the state of Kansas A strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
