Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)•new grads welcome! 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
